Confirmations and Cancellations:
Our patients are seen by appointment, so please call in advance so our staff can reserve a time for you.
We respect our patients' time and make every effort to remain on schedule. Some visits are more complicated than initially anticipated and emergencies also arise that could delay us.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice so that your reserved time may be made available for other patients. If you are going to be late, please notify us. We offer courtesy calls as a reminder. We reserve the right to charge a fee for no-show appointments.
Financial Options:
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's medical and psychological well-being. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Payment for services for the treatment of minors can be made by check, cash or credit card and is the responsibility of the adult accompanying that minor.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs in writing before treatment is administered. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving treatment.
In many cases, a treatment plan can exceed your insurance carrier's coverage limit. To help make dental services more affordable, our practice offers an easy to use finance plan through our patient financing partner, ChaseHealthAdvance. By completing a simple and confidential application, we can qualify you within minutes. There is no application fee, is completely voluntary and they offer many different payment plans(including No Interest plans).

Insurance:
Our office is committed to helping patients maximize their benefits. Insurance policies vary greatly; therefore, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for treatment and allow them 60 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance and it is due in full.
We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however you are personally responsible for our account and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. If you have any questions, our staff is always available to answer them.
